Sally Mair - Loving life

Christingle

Eilidh came to visit this morning but wasn't very well so spent most of her time curled up asleep on the couch. Hopefully she'll be all better for tomorrow. Got the last of the shopping done and wrapping is finished too. I'm worn out so off for an early night.
We had our Christingle service in church this afternoon. Over 120 people in the congregation more than half of whom were children and a very generous donation was taken for the work of the Pilton Youth Project.
The image is me in my Christmas outfit holding my Christingle - somebody complimented me on my angel earrings... Most people didn't even notice the earrings they were too distracted by the dress!
Turkey is good to go tomorrow and starts cooking while we're in church, ready to eat around 3pm. When we get in from church the family should be here and the fun will begin.

Somehow managed to fit in time to do 14754 steps today.
