Crackers
Emma and Andy, with Luna, left for Worcester late this morning after we'd done our Secret Santa. I think most people guessed which was from whom. Rachel popped in for a chat before Ann, Tom and myself settled down to Christmas lunch.
Crackers are an integral part of Christmas and we'd had a pulling session last night during our evening meal kindly prepared and cooked by Andy and Emma. What they didn't know was that these were confetti spraying crackers, appropriate for a couple who are getting married in June. It did make a bit of a mess, but never mind.
Emma managed to find all of the 'gifts' that had scattered with the confetti, l managed to salvage a hat which I wore for the rest of the evening. Lunch today was a less riotous affair, concentrating on food rather than friolaties.
This afternoon we played music, my new Pink Floyd album, Ummagumma (recorded 1969), and had a game of cards.
With Tiny Tuesday in mind here's the collection of small items from the crackers, thanks to Freyjad for hosting.
The extra is our minimalist tree.
