My Xmas presents

Jokes, banter and debate were fitted around the obligatory food and drink. In the spirit of the Queen's exhortation for us to listen to the point of view of others I have heard the Brexiteers' assertion that the referendum result should be observed despite the passage of time and the emerging evidence of immense costs, disruption and the loss of cooperation and goodwill required to address complex international issues. All I ask is that the result we should adhere to is the 67% yes vote (a suitable standard for a major constitutional change, one might think) achieved in the referendum in June 1975. Discuss.
