Pan and the Pavilion

Mild, murky and overcast but I couldn’t resist walking around after breakfast.

Pan and the Pavilion are far more dramatic in rich colours, shadows and even mist, but it’s still good to clear the head before another day of indulgence and Bridge.

It’s been a happy crowd here. Old friends returning. New friends arriving (some nervous about spending an unfamiliar Christmas among strangers.) I hope we’re not cliquey - we try not to be. And Santa’s helpers (the bridgeteam) are so supportive.

A different kind of Christmas - no pressure......
