Sheep at night

Got a little dark on the way back from my walk this evening.  From -8 two nights ago to quite a pleasant evening today.  That's Scotland.  This is my attempt to zizz up my photo with fill from my head torch to light up the foreground and also catch the reflection from the sheep's eyeballs.  Why are dog's eyeballs violet and sheep's white?
