Home Alone ....

.... which is what DD watched this afternoon after our trip to House of Bruar ..... and which is what I am now for next 18 hrs as MrT takes DD back to Edinburgh, returning tomorrow with R, my step-daughter. 

Family tree-ing beckons - currently looking into descendants who a 4th great grand uncle who'd rather well from themselves financially - owning mills rather than working in them. Quite a contrast. 

Also finished reading Becoming by Michelle Obama which I rather enjoyed.
