Boxing Day

Now I don’t like Christmas cake and I’m not a fan of Christmas pudding but I have a little on Christmas Day because it’s tradition.
However this is my Christmas cake a chocolate log and you can bet it, especially because it’s a Mary Berry recipe. ;-)
