Pitfour Lake

We went for a pre-lunch walk around Pitfour Estate this morning. It was stunning in the winter sunshine, and we had great fun throwing stones across the frozen lake. There are so many ducks and swans there with some pretty serious rivalry in evidence with fighting going on for territory. Then home for the easiest lunch of the year. Boxing day is always such a great treat after the big Christmas day meal! Today was also our 44th wedding anniversary so lots to celebrate.
