Christmas cake

As I may have mentioned Christmas is not really celebrated by Thai's.   However, the Italian Restaurant that we go to does celebrate and as regular customers we were gifted this wonderful panettoni.  I had intended taking a shot at the restaurant on Christmas night but it was far to crowded.  Our boxing day has been quiet.  Hubby had a swim, far to cold for me, and we chatted with friends.  As for the panettoni, well I can assure you that it is very light and tasty, and half of it is gone.
