Frida

As I write this, Frida is doing “circuit training” around our garden. I wish I could post a movie of her...and I wish I had her energy!
We had a lovely walk this morning, and then went with friends to look at land for sale...very interesting, and very expensive!
Had a lovely afternoon pottering in the garden. A recharge day that we all needed after a busy Christmas.
