Will you be my Valentine?

So, for Valentines Day my wife and I attended a hockey game with her sister and brother-in-law.

I was really excited to get a chance to use my 55-200mm lens at the game, only to get told I had to use a fixed lens at the game, no Telephoto allowed! I was a bit surprised since this is minor league play, but I obliged and used my 50mm lens. We were pretty close so I was still able to get some decent shots especially with a little cropping.

This was the only true fight that happened all night and it was the start of the 3rd period, so I made sure to point and hold down the trigger!

The final score was our Spokane Chiefs 11 and the Oil Kings 2.
