Minor injury

Must be more careful!

Did this to my left shin stepping off the stage in the hall where Heidi was trampolining. It throbbed. I nearly fainted. Provided lots of amusement lying on said stage with legs in the air!

Now back from minor injuries clinic all steri-stripped and bandaged and with strict instructions to take it easy. No ironing or vacuuming. Do I look like someone who irons and vacuums? Not often, anyway!
