Death of a Sea Warrior

Tomorrow is budget day here in Ireland. We are expecting the horrors. Everything is likely to be cut except taxes. Social Protection will be hit, owning a house will be taxed, running a car will be penalised further, dying is likely to be taxed further as well. Cut, cut, cut and no politician is going to cry halt. No politician is going to say that the bills belong to the bankers not the people. They are not going to tell the international financiers who took a gamble and lost, to sod off. They are not going to say NO! to paying off the Germans, the Dutch and the French. Iceland did it. We won't. We also won't round up these financial gangsters and lock them up. Our politicians, like these guys tearing an old trawler to bits, will cut until we the people bleed to death. Then they will tax our graves.
