Obsession

John is a bit obsessed with the Rubik's cube - David brought him the middle one back from Budapest and gave it to him for Christmas. There then followed 2 days of complete obsession but fortunately for the rest of us it is now solved and we are on pain of death to touch it. Ever!

David has now driven south to see his girlfriend for the rest of the holiday - before he went we had the strange experience of me, David and John going our for breakfast while Sarah was at work - she was not impressed.

Tonight will be the traditional 'eating up' tea -  actually my favourite of the whole season.
