Back to work

The roads were remarkably quiet this morning. I was back to work, and across site to meet some people first thing. Interesting day, and busy. Lucky the traffic was so quiet. The views coming down Salterhebble Hill can be great. It was a bit murky today, but still interesting. I'm afraid I didn't get a chance to go out and get any others. 

I got a new smart watch for Christmas. This one measures blood pressure and oxygen saturations as well as pulse. I don't quite get how it does the blood pressure, given there is no inflation, but it does seem accurate. It would appear I slept well last night and I'm healthy - despite the gluttony over Christmas.
