Abstract

Woke up this morning after a bad night stuffy nose and headache!  Did some jobs, honey and lemon drink and went for a walk with a friend this afternoon down to the seafront.s  It was beautiful as it had brightened up, lots of people walking, felt better for getting out.  Early night tonight and hopefully will sleep!
