Missing person alert

This nativity scene was bought over 20 years ago. I remember quite clearly going to the sale at our local Woolworth's. Son was busy helping himself to the pick and mix while I wandered around.
For some reason when we put the decorations out this year husband helped. Not a usual occurrence, but he had the job of the nativity. He informed me we were missing a person. Of course not I replied, but he was right. Joseph has disappeared.
I had never noticed before, so don't know when he got lost.
So it's now a traditional nativity with a modern slant. A one parent family.
