BLING

Neil has suffered today.  I think he's too old to go out drinking all day and not feel the effects.  When he was younger he could always bounce back next day - but not any more. He has mostly been resting today but he has managed to have a few of his chips from last night and some roast beef.  And lots of water.  Ive not seen much of him but that's OK. (  he wouldn't be much company anyway.) He was supposed to go home today as he has an 8am start at work tomorrow and its easier to get to work from his own place.  But .... hes still here.

I stayed indoors today as well and basically just lazed around, watching TV ... and eating.  Must make the effort to get outdoors tomorrow.

Becky and Mike are staying in a hotel near Stanstead Airport this evening so that they can fly off bright and early tomorrow morning.  They are headed for Lake Bled in Slovenia.  It will be a great place  to spend the New Year festivities.
