New Toy

I've often thought about having a go at this, pyrography to use its technical name.

We were in Hobbycraft a few weeks ago and they were selling these for a tenner so I bought one. The instructions say hold the tool like a pen, but I hold the pen a lot closer to the tip than I'll be able to hold this.

I'll report back when I've had a try.
