I have some film gear to sell for funds for our Camera Club. It would be lovely to set up a darkroom, but the ongoing costs would cripple us, sadly.

I want to keep some donations to show the kids how it used to be done.

And this seems a good start.

I was talking to one of my sisters about being old tonight.

There's a fair load of talk about the dignity of age at the moment.

Having worked in Old folks homes for eight years, what I observed about

keeping your head held high seemed to involve a lot of stubbornness and a

massive amount of humour.

Although even I never dressed up as the Grim Reaper for the Home's

Halloween party.
