Lonely Nest

It's been a dad day today. I wen and did his food shopping this morning.

Before I delivered it, I met a friend for coffee where we sat in the cafe in our respective Christmas jumpers!

Then a trip to the hospital for a check for dad with regard to his Rheumatoid Arthritis. All good there. His medication is having a positive effect. After all that, we took him out for his Christmas meal. 

This was the sun setting over some trees near the hospital.
