Fred's Folly

Another name for the County Offices in Aylesbury.
Fred Pooley was the 1960s architect who designed the building. It's also known as Pooley's Palace. Some people love it and some people hate it.

I worked there from 1975/6 to 1996 and then again from 2009 to 2013. Some good days were spent there mainly in the 70s & 80s.

Went to Physio she doesn't think that I have frozen shoulder...2 exercises to do to start with.
