Odd Egg Seat?

This is a new seat outside the Art college on Lauriston Place, seemingly there are more at the beach, not sure which beach? unusual though! Meant to let you see things differently, this one looks onto main road and across to a bus stop. All in the name of Art. I wondered how long the white will remain plain?!?
