Jack in the box -
Eda! She is 15 months old today.
She slept well and has eaten well today so seems to be over the worst of whatever she's has had (still disputed). She was playing happily all morning including being back in the box saying 'Boo'.
We left after lunch and are now home. We have stayed an extra night. G&J were supposed to be going to friends in Oxford today but they were unwell too! It gave us time to try outfits on last night for Eda's baptism on Sunday. The outfit Grace bought for the occasion is still a bit big despite being age appropriate. She tried a smocked dress on I made for Grace when she was about 18 months but that too was a bit big. The last option was a dress she had wanted to use had the baptism been earlier in the year as originally planned. Perfect, though being sleeveless will need something underneath. It is labelled age 3 - 6 months!! Thank you Aunty Ron.
So we shall be seeing her again tomorrow as they stay over with us before the baptism on Sunday in our little village church.
Looking forward to it.
We have enjoyed our first Christmas away and the travelling wasn't at all bad. Thank you Grace and John and especially Eda for making it so special.
