That's the Christmas Cake Done....

I know it's a little late but better late than never, after a 4½ hours in the oven on 150°C it came out just perfect, now I will feed it Brandy as it's quite thirsty, then the icing and decorating. This is my first Christmas cake and Mrs BM seems impressed.

I have had a day in the office today getting all the paper work for DEFRA and the new Caravan Exemption Certificate for the next five years, it will be our 10th year Anniversary of starting up the Caravan Club this April and I think we should have a party, even though we have depleted ranks, but never the less, I think we should crack a can or two. I might even Bake a Cake for the occasion.
