Lush

I'm not sure what these flowers are - some sort of peony or chrysanthemum - but I love the way the petals stand out from the center in different sizes and shapes.  They're lacy and fluffy at the same time.

I was back at the exercise class this morning, but this time it set off some very bad sciatic pain.  Even now, some eight hours later, I'm in serious pain.  If I'm going to continue with this class, as I hope to, I'm going to have to figure out just what triggered the sciatica and not do it again.
