FINAL FLY-OUT

Bosque del Apache Wildlife Refuge is Magic.
The yellow grasses and stately cottonwoods seem to always be bathed in a golden light. Like a beacon, signaling a Safe Haven for weary wildlife travelers.

The stars of the refuge.
Are the thousands upon thousands,
Of birds who stop by for the winter.

A photographer's paradise.
A chance to capture birds in flight.
Not so easy.

Yet, sometimes,
Sometimes.
It works.
The shutter.
The bird.
In Sync.

Then,
There's magic.
