No smoke without fire

Very proud of how well the Guides have been doing on their firelighting the last few weeks, culminating in our campfire tonight - much lovely singing with an appropriate dose of silliness! My favourite thing, absolutely. And I could smell the smoke-smell in my blanket when I got home, such a happy thing. 

And the one thing I didn't think I'd ever need to put on a risk-assessment? Guides trying to light a fire on top of their (highly flammable!) camp blankets. Yup.
