Words

Actions speak louder than words but sometimes words are precious too.

This was the card that my youngest teenage son gave me with my Christmas gift card in it. He doesn't usually express his feelings so I was really touched by this.

Gym this morning. I'm still fighting (and probably losing) the war against the chocolates and nuts but I am persistent if nothing else!! I've felt pretty ill for the rest of the day as the man flu lurgy is attacking me. It doesn't seem to realise that I'm not a man!
