Jam galore!!!

R came over today to turn the 10kgs of raspberries from her garden into 25 jars of jam. She picked and froze the berries during the summer and we stored them for her in our freezer. I have collected the assortment of jars over the last couple of years.

Not the normal time of year to be doing this, but we had the spare time today.

R has taken some jam home with her for her neighbours and we will deliver more jars when they have completely cooled.

Amber enjoyed having R in the house today :0)
