Highs and lows

Sad to see Han and co go....I'd kept her gift from Granny Green back as I thought she might need something nice after her cousins had gone...I was glad I did as it was a good pick me up - a sparkly raspberry craft box full of various beads, buttons, elastic, gems etc etc... Gorgeous!
The rest of the day was all about getting the flat sorted again. Unfortunately for Han their journey back was horrendous...long delays, only just caught connecting, sick children, unwell husband, missing suitcase (it arrived in London but someone took it!) - all in pretty awful for them. BUT they made it back, at one point we thought they'd be staying in Madrid...

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Han and co getting back home.
2) Anthea's present for Asha.
3) Han and Grant getting our beautiful drawing of the Old Town put onto a frame!
