Sunset over Skye

It was a rather challenging walk we took on today - we now appreciate why it said it was 4.5-5.5 hours for a mere 8 miles (oh, how we scoffed at the start). We only had less than 4 hours of daylight so had to abandon the final part unfortunately but we were back safely before dark.

Saw otters, and more deer (this time out in the hills), all followed up with supper in the pub. We’re now pretty well known in the local, in fact we’ve had a request for S to return with his guitar - we’ll see how that pans out. Tired but very happy with our wee break.
