Almost

I almost didn't choose a canine parkrunning picture to blip today BUT look how happy they are.

I was feeling much the same after my parkrun visit too.

Got some chores done , including planting some bulbs that I was gifted for Christmas.  The wind was chilly.

I put my fitbit on this morning, for the first time since last April when I removed it as I was going on holiday.  Not being able to run has made me become a little lazy.  Just over 19K steps today.
