Trivelli’s Coburg

If you ask any of the customers you meet when you visit Trivelli’s Patisserie in Coburg they will all tell you it’s the best in Melbourne. We called in this morning to collect Elisa’s birthday cake and ended up with a few extra delicious ones to have on New Year’s Eve. Let’s hope they make it through the night tonight and CCN doesn’t do a Nigella Lawson and sneak out to the kitchen for a midnight snack. I wouldn’t dream of it of course. I have added an extra of the wonderful Cannolis. I just LOVE the ricotta ones :)

The beaming Josie in the picture greeted us like family when we walked in today. Josies has now organised two birthday cakes for us after a call from the Blue Mountains. She is such a bright happy person and I’m sure a big part of why her customers keep coming back.

Well it’s New Year’s Eve in a couple of hours. We have two great friends joining us tomorrow. They fly in from Sydney around 12.00 noon, so let the fun begin. It will be great for both of us to share the night with them and we will then have a couple of days to show them parts of Melbourne that we love.
