Hedge Trimming

We have leylandii hedges on two sides of our garden. Thechimp estimates that in places they are around 14 feet high and has decided to bring the height down to between 6 and 8 feet. He has been working on this project bit by bit for the last few months and had another go at it today. I was picking up the trimmings (branches) which fell on our neighbours’ garden

Washing machine update - I still don’t have a washing machine. We were advised by the retailer to call the manufacturer who told us someone would call us yesterday but no one did. I suspect this is going to go on until the middle of January grrrrr!
