I have a new personal procurement policy in anticipation of things to come in 2019.

I can buy food but only if we're definitely going to eat it.
I must not buy anything for myself.
I must try and buy as environmentally friendly as possible ( I need a green policy)
I can buy as many holidays as I can afford.
