On the sixth day of Christmas...

My true love gave to me,
Six presents for opening,
Five gol-den rings,
Four carousel gallopers,
Three festive revellers,
Two Mummers Players ( x 1000 = 2000 Mummers Players!)
And a fluffy cat sitting by a Christmas tree!


With Chef meeting friends for lunch again, a quiet day at home, with thankfully no kitchen duties; there are enough leftovers to keep us going for weeks! So today you have six little presents that I’ve kept under the tree, to open one a day up until Twelfth Night; keeps the magic of Christmas going just that little bit longer... It was either this or “Six leftovers a-reheating”!!
