Ripley

The day started cloudy but cleared just as I headed off to Ripley with Ruby to meet B, who was my teacher last year, and clouded back over once we were leaving.

B loves dogs and enjoyed meeting Ruby. We were unable to cross the little bridge over the weir as it was blocked off for repair work. We walked the other way towards the abbey (extra).
