Today we left London on our ‘Corners of Cornwall’ tour which took us to Avebury, Wells and Dartmoor National Park.

- Interior of Wells Cathedral showing the Scissor Arches. These were a medieval solution (1338-48) to sinking tower foundations.
- Vicars’ Close. Designed as lodging for the men of the choir and completed in 1363 this is the only complete medieval street remaining in England.
