Street Shadows

Our overnight flight from JFK in New York landed at Heathrow London this morning. We took the Piccadilly tube line to our hotel, a short walk from the Russell Square station. The hotel put us in a room by 10:15--wonderfully prompt service.  We slept most of the afternoon, with our only outing to the nearby Pret a Manger for a supper to eat in the room. Returning to our room after dark we passed these shadows, cast by a single small tree from a streetlight overhead.
