Waterloo has a great looking cake shop hidden away in a back street (Cornwall Street) to the north of Waterloo East station. Roupell Street (to the left) has a timeless feel, a bit like a filmset, I think, sometimes....

Today was my last working day before Christmas - met up with a potential new client visiting from Hong Kong and had a coffee near Waterloo station, then walked to Borough to work in another client's office for the afternoon (and planned in a day's work between Christmas and New Year too).
