The first will be last

I needed to do one more long(ish) walk this year to reach my goal of 18 walks over 6 miles and so we headed to Craigower which is an old favourite. So lucky to have this view only an hours walk away from house. It was also our first long walk this year, albeit in slightly different weather conditions. 

Next year's target will be 20 by 2020 including the Lairig Ghru which we didnt manage this year due to various ailments (sore back on my part and Lyme's disease on MrT). 

A quite night in beckons (which is how I like to spend Hogmanay) with Pitlochry's Ne'er Day Street Party to look forward to tomorrow.
