Storm glass

Another lie-in at Mum's - luxury!  Got up and sprang into action after that though, taking out her bins, going food shopping for her, refilling her bird feeders and putting her scooter back in the shed.  After a quick lunch and tidy-up, Tim and I said our goodbyes and set off for home.  Good journey back - about three hours, with no hold-ups.

I cooked us a chestnut and apple soup for dinner, then took a few photos of this other cool present from my sister - a storm glass.  Will have to have another go soon without such ridiculously high ISO, I think.
