Crystal Ball

The future is flowery.

Orkney has been battered by gusty gales all day. Been a while since I've struggled to walk because of the wind.

The post lady delivered a smallish but very heavy package today.  Gorgeous informed me it was my (we don't buy Christmas presents) Christmas present. It was incredibly poorly packaged but miraculously arrived undamaged!

I took it to the garden and struggled to take a shot in the wind. I could barely hold the camera still and I had to give chase to my camera bag twice! Looking forward to experimenting a lot more with this.

In other news...The horses haven't got blown away. They all enjoyed a special celebratory sandwich with their feed today. Billy was especially delighted.
