"So, there we have it.....we have £200,000 left of our annual budget and we need it spent. We've already built the Community Vegetable and Pram Painting Workshops, and the Prunella Scales Metalwork Centre will be completed by the end of April. What we need now is something so ludicrous that the public are in severe danger of their own lives. Any ideas?
