New Year's Eve

Our visitors left yesterday afternoon, we saw them off at Leeds on their way to London for a few days before returning to Altanta.  The house seemed very empty on our return.
This morning I was on breakfast duty at 6.30 at the church in our neighbouring village who are participating in the Inn Churches project.  Then it was home to start the washing and ironing.  I like the festive lights behind the iron! Makes the job a bit more cheery.
