Wintery walk

Had my blood test and flu jab first thing this morning.My blood pressure is still high so have to take my blood pressure twice daily for the next week.I do not think it’s going to change so will probably need to go on some tablets to bring it down abit.
Afterwards Mike and David picked me up and we went to the Point for a walk. It was windy but pleasant as the sun was shining between the dark clouds.We watched the usual gull catch and eat a 12 armed starfish ( well 11 really as one arm was missing) , a common sunstar.
Had a good roast chicken for dinner and then watched the Netflix movie , Mowgli which we enjoyed, much darker than the Disney version.
I’ll try and stay awake to see the New Year in.
