Ms. Cardinal

It's been a miserably wet day today and there were hungry wet birds at the café, of course. This particular one seems to be the female cardinal with the missing crest that I've blipped before. I may have blipped her more than once before, but I'm too lazy to look any further. If it is her, and it seems as though it must be, it's fun to see a cardinal I can actually recognize as having been around for at least two years! I do wonder what the story is on her head...

Happy New Year to all of you over there for whom it is already 2019! We still have a few hours to wait as I type this. But hey, Happy New Year to all of you. Here's hoping for some improvement next year.
