The Green Walk, behind The Knoll

Office day and joined M and J on what I am calling the green walk over the back garden fence. There was quite a lot of plodding through snow which has the effect of putting more distance to the tramp in terms of human output. I've mentioned before, along with steep gradients, icy rivers, deep bogs and ditches, the dogs don't feel this extra hurdle at all.

The snow, even patchy, has a purifying effect on the slopes and perhaps this enhances the appeal to the dogs. They had a great time.

On the way back down the dogs, Bob and Caley, continued to magically unearth (unsnow?) big sticks and indulge in quite scary sounding tussles.

Nearly back at the start this is Bob still trying to engage me in some nonsense.
