Reset Button

It's always a bit odd hitting the reset button at an arbitrary point like the start of a new year. Why can't you just decide to do things differently, or set targets during the rest of the year? I actually tend to get more retrospect at my birthday each year.

But it did feel good to be able to get out in some stunning weather, where at the top of a hill near Peebles it felt genuinely warm, looking down over the valley below; and it did give peace to think of things that could happen this year.
